#TemptingTuesdayTreat – Salted Caramel Overnight Oats

It tastes like dessert – but it’s a healthy choice for breakfast! Full of fiber, protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy Omega-3s, this is a great option if you’re trying to eat healthier but also don’t want to miss out on the sweets!!

Salted Caramel Overnight Oats

You Will Need:

For the oats:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup caramel Greek yogurt (The Greek Gods, Chobani, and Oikos are great options for this!)
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 cup milk of choice (soy, flax, coconut, almond, or dairy)
A pinch of salt

For the topping:
2 bananas, frozen in chunks
2-3 tbsp. milk of choice
2 medjool dates

To garnish:
cacao nibs, chocolate chips, fudge sauce, fresh fruit, etc…

Freeze the bananas ahead of time.

For the oats, mix all the ingredients together and chill overnight.

For the topping, blend bananas and dates together in a powerful blender or food-processor. Add milk as needed to reach desired consistency.

Right before serving top oats with topping (and garnishes) and enjoy!
