#TemptingTuesdayTreat – Mood-Boosting Green Smoothie

We are READY for warmer weather!! This week’s #TemptingTuesdayTreat is a delicious green smoothie that is not only healthy for you, but tastes delicious AND boosts your mood!

Mood-Boosting Green Smoothie

2 cups fresh chopped kale or spinach
2 kiwis, peeled, sliced
1 1/4 cups orange juice
2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
4–5 ice cubes

Combine ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
