#TemptingTuesdayTreat – Frozen Yogurt Dessert Bites

What could be better than a creamy frozen dessert? We have some great news for you:

You could eat this every day and it would make you feel (and look!) amazing.

It’s true!
These treats are full of probiotics – the “good” bacteria that keeps your immune system strong, makes your gut happy, and your belly flat & lean! To protect your cells and give you radiant skin, we’ve also included some antioxidants from fresh berries, as well as healthy fats from the almonds (or another nut of your choice)! Grab a silicone muffin pan or regular metal muffin tin with baking cups – let’s get started!

Frozen Yogurt Dessert Bites – makes 12

You Will Need:

1 cup vanilla yogurt of choice (Greek, coconut, soy, dairy, or almond)
Handful of berries of choice (we used strawberries and blueberries)
Handful of sliced almonds

Using a spoon, add a dollop of the yogurt to each baking tin. If using a metal muffin tin, line each with a baking cup. Drop a few pieces of fruit and small amounts of the almonds in each tin and put in the freezer until frozen (about 25-30 minutes). Pop out of the tin and enjoy! The rest may be saved in a ziploc bag in the freezer.
