What brought you to Flirt Fitness Studio?
I came to flirt as an athlete, I was in cheerleading and gymnastics, so dance had always been my passion. My friend Jade had done it for a session or two and raved about it, so I signed up for level one.
What do you love about Flirt Fitness Studio?
I love the community. You will never find a place like Flirt. You can literally walk into any studio and not know anyone, and leave with 10 new girlfriends. its a family like no other and I am blessed to be a part of it.
How long have you been at Flirt Fitness Studio?
I started at Flirt when I was 16, this upcoming March will be four years.
What do you consider your teaching style?
My teaching style would be light and fluffy, like a cupcake. I try to have my students always having fun and loving on themselves. Pole is hard work, and sometimes we can get frustrated with ourselves and our bodies. I teach that it is more important to focus on the positives and the things we can do, rather than on the negatives. Everything takes time, and its more fun to be goofy and playful.
What would you take with you on a deserted island?
I would take a POLE and grip if its aloud. That way I could train all day every day so when I get rescued I can become a pro.
My favorite book would have to be Chrissy Teigen’s Cravings cookbook. It has great food in it, but she has a view on hash browns that will make you laugh for hours.
Are you a morning or night person?
Favorite article of clothing to dance in?
I love to dance in a sports bra and sweatpants. I love floorwork, so having my legs covered helps me roll around.
