Classes & Pricing at Flirt Fitness

Our classes give you a phenomenal, sensual, sexy workout so take advantage of all of our classes and see immediate results. You will be amazed how quickly you will lose weight, tone your body, shrink your waistline, feel great and just have fun! Our signature pole classes are a fusion of pole dancing, exotic dance, pilates, yoga, and much, much more! In each level, 20 or more pole tricks are taught along with a routine and several transitional moves. You will use the entire room as we introduce beautiful floor and wall work as well. You'll not only learn to do beautiful pole tricks, you'll also learn to DANCE!

Class Details

Within each 90 minute class you will also go through a full body warm-up and workout as we condition your body and your self confidence for the pole. After learning your moves for that day, you will put it together as you end the class with dancing!

All new students should choose Level 1 classes.

ALL Classes run 90 minutes. Because these classes run in a series and are progressive by nature, we do not allow them to be purchased individually.

Intro Class Special!

This is a one-time class to introduce you to our signature series. It is intended for someone who wants to “try it before you buy it”! Check out the dates and times by clicking here!

Level 3 – Pole Goddesses

Level 7 – Pole Hottie Degree
Level 8 – Pole Royals
Level 9 – Pole Teasers
Level 10 – Pole Flirts

Elite Class and Competition Class follows these levels. These classes are ongoing and teach competition flows, combos, and tricks!

Specialty Classes

Burlesque: Bump, shimmy, and shake up a sweat with Cassie in Burlesque! Students will learn a variety of sassy, fun burlesque moves that will tone and burn calories while boosting confidence and body love! Wear comfortable, moveable clothing. Heels are optional, never required! Any size or style is okay, whatever you’re comfortable with! Open to all levels.

Exotic Pole: Learn to work a pair of heels and get down and dirty as you get the ultimate club experience. Learn a sexy pole and floor routine that uses props, strip tease and sass! This class isn’t just about just getting freaky it’s about finding self-love, confidence and starting to feel sexy just as you are. Open to all levels.

Liquid Motion: We tuck. We tilt. We thread. We pivot. We move with sensual fluidity. We are Liquid Motion and we are here to introduce you to a New World on the floor! This class teaches you how to achieve a seamless and natural movement quality by applying basic dance theory and sensual movement. Through Liquid Motion’s floor moves you will explore the body’s natural movement, build self-confidence, and gain a higher level of body awareness. Our crawls, rolls, and other signature floor tricks will have you moving as if you are one with the floor before you know it! Come tuck and tilt your way into a more confident, Liquid, floor-loving YOU! Open to all levels.

Flirt Flexibility: Want to become more flexible and learn how to stretch? This class teaches you how to effectively warm up your muscles and train your body in flexibility just like the professional dancers! We will focus on anything and everything – from back bends to side splits to middle splits to opening the shoulders. This class is open to all levels, including students that do not take pole classes. It’s a great class to take with a friend so you can work on your splits together!

Flirty Floorwork: Get down and flirty as you take a brief break from the pole and explore different styles of movement on and across the floor. Strengthen your body in new ways as you strut, crawl, slither, roll, and traverse your way into a more confident dancer. And then, we’ll put it all together in a low and flowy routine with space for fabulous freestyle. Open to all levels.

Pole Booty Camp: Booty booty booty rockin’ everywhere! This class is a total body work out. Increase your overall strength and endurance while mixing in fun props, themed music, and different types of fun workouts. Get ready to sweat and shake it, pop it and drop it! Open to all levels.

Pole Poise: This is a mixed-level class celebrating the art & beauty of pole dancing with an emphasis on flow and individuality. It is great for anyone looking to concentrate more on combinations, accents, and transitions. You will make shapes with your body, close your eyes and feel pole movement like you never have before. Let us take you one step closer to “Finding Your Freestyle”. Pole Poise is designed to empower you to be more confident in your body and discover how you love to move through purposeful and choreographed routines and movement. Level 1 completion required.

Spin Pole: Take out the pin and take a spin! Learn all of your basic spins and your favorite tricks and combos on a spinning pole!! Beginning with our signature structure of meditation, warm up, stretching and work out, this class is bound to kick that body into gear as we will focus on technique and control while on the spin pole. Take a ride on the wild side and come spin with us! Level 1 completion required.

Pricing

When registering you may choose between paying for your classes IN FULL or opting for putting down a $50 deposit and then continuing with a 4-week PAYMENT PLAN. If you choose the payment plan, the balance of your class will be divided into 4 equal payments and will be taken off a debit or credit card. The deposit will be deducted at the time of registration and the remaining payments will be deducted the days you take class weeks 1-4.
