1 cup coconut milk (the half-gallon kind of coconut milk serves just fine, but for a thicker, richer taste: use canned full-fat coconut milk)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder of your choice
3 ice cubes
1/2 - 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or brown sugar (optional for sweeter taste)
Blend all ingredients together and serve immediately!
